This position is specifically for an individual seeking full-time employment (40 hours/week), being a co-lead teacher in a classroom, and working with children 6 weeks to 12 months in age in a preschool setting.
We recognize our preschool teachers in many ways! We understand that wages and benefits is a priority. Here is what we offer:
- Current Salary Range: between $16.00-$21.00/hourly pay (based on education level)
- Hours of work each day: 8 hour work shift
- Same set daily work shift each day, for consistency and planning
- Annual pay raises (actually 2 pay raises in the first year)
- Potential quarterly incentive bonuses worth an extra $1-$3/hour more in pay for all hours worked during the quarters

- Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Engage with other child care professionals and continue to grow in your profession.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or a child-related degree) is preferred
- Associates degree in Early Childhood Education (or a child-related degree)
- Current CDA or Early Childhood Teaching credential
- Currently enrolled in a CDA or degreed program
- Has knowledge of childcare programming, safety and emergency first-aid procedures, program management and customer service principles
